What is included in the Just Add Jeans Box Subscription?
Every month we will create and offer a unique pairing of (1) Pocket Tee and (1) Pair of Leather/Faux Leather earrings. Our regular price is $36 but we offer a 10% discount for our "Subscribe and Save" members. Shipping is always included in our price of the box!
What is the difference between the Neutral Box and the Bright Box?
The names of the boxes are based off the tee color. The Neutral Box will include a neutral color tee (shades of grey, navy, black, or white). The Bright Box will include a non neutral color tee (shades of purple, pink, blue, green, peach, think colors that you might not already have an abundance of in your closet). The tees will have the same pop of pattern on the pocket. Each box will come with coordinating, fun, and unique handmade earrings.
When can I see the Bright Box vs the Neutral Box?
We will release the current month's boxes by the 5th of every month. You will be able to modify your subscription from the 5th - 14th to get the box you love!
I signed up for the Neutral Box, but I would like to change to the Bright Box for the next month, can I switch?
Of course! Once you create an account with us, you may go in and make any changes to your subscription anytime before the 15th of the month!
How do recurring payments work?
You will be billed for your first month immediately upon order. If your first order is placed before the 15th of the month, you will receive the current month's box. If your order is placed after the 15th of the month, your payment will be applied towards the next month's box (for example, order placed on March 17th will be applied towards April's box and your 2nd payment will be on May 15th).
How do add on items work?
We are now offering add on items to offer a "mommy and me" option! These are one time purchases, and not a monthly subscription. You may purchase all at once if you are a first time subscriber. If you are an existing subscriber, you will need to make a separate transaction for your add ons. We will include any add on items to your box for the current month.
When will my order ship?
Our tees and earrings are handmade to order, so after your order is placed and paid for on the 15th of the month, we will have all boxes shipped by the 22nd. You will receive tracking as soon as your box has shipped. Please contact us with any issues regarding shipping.
What is the best way to wash my tee?
All tees are preshrunk and are unisex fit. After wearing your tee, please wash inside out, in cold water, and tumble dry on low heat setting, You may iron your pocket if needed.
Why should I order?
Both shops feature handmade items, but our box items will only be available in our subscriptions. We have also offered the box at a discounted price, so you will pay less per item than sold separately. We want to make getting dressed easier on you... purchase our box and just add jeans!
What is your Return Policy?
As each product is handmade and made to order based on subscription purchase, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges. We guarantee to make your product to our high standards, so if there are any issues with your items, please email justaddjeansbox@gmail.com with any concerns.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! If you wish to skip a month or cancel your subscription, you may do so under your account management page.
I have cancelled my subscription, can I reactivate it?
Yes!! Under your account, you can reactivate your subscription at any time.
